The firm represents business and commercial
clients, and their insurers, in a broad range of commercial
litigation in state and federal courts throughout the
southeast region. For over two decades, our lawyers
have handled a wide variety of disputes arising from
complex commercial contracts, business torts, unfair
trade practices, commercial collections and foreclosures,
lost profits and lost business opportunities, as well
as business interruption claims, in addition to all manner
of other general business disputes. Most recently,
the firm successfully defended a New Orleans based client
in a racial discrimination and antitrust case litigated
in the Southern District of New York.
